We are driven on our firm belief that every individual deserves quality support which truly empowers and respects their unique skills, strengths, and goals.
We are founded to bridge a gap in the sector. It has become clear to us through conversations and consultations, that individuals were often met with a generalised one-size-fits-all approach of addressing behaviour which is simply not enough to reflect their strengths or needs.
People are not all the same, and support services should not be either.
We are committed to doing things differently. Our focus is all about person centred and neuro-affirming support that fosters independence and empowers participants to thrive.
The Konnections Project is founded and directed by Sita, an experienced Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong commitment to providing tailored support that helps individuals grow and succeed in their own way. With extensive hands-on experience supporting NDIS participants and their families, Sita brings both expertise and empathy to every interaction.
Holding a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), Sita is dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering positive change through dynamic, strengths-based and evidence-based approaches. Her compassionate, collaborative style is at the heart of everything The Konnections Project Behaviour Services stand for.
Our vision is a world where every participant is supported through truly person-centred care - where their strengths are recognised, their needs are respected, and their independence is empowered.
